I’m Richard Parton, founder of RP Snagging Surveys — and I bring over three decades of hands-on experience across the UK construction industry.
I haven’t just spent my career behind a desk; I’ve built it on-site, working at every construction level.
I’ve been involved in:
- New-build housing developments from groundwork through to final completion
- Property extensions and structural alterations
- Barn conversions and full refurbishments
- Civil engineering and groundworks
- Structural roofing and complex building elements
- Electrical installations and multi-trade environments
I’ve also carried out land surveys and now work as a Building Surveyor within the insurance sector, where I assess property damage and, when needed, inspecting repaired works, ensuring the construction finish meets high quality standards.
